How Were We Chosen?
The selection process for Dream Employer follows a mix between an evaluation by a panel of judges and a public vote.
In an initial screening, nominees were evaluated based on five categories: (1) Growth Opportunities; (2) Character; (3) Culture Environment; (4) Company Reputation; and (5) Benefits.
Finalists were then subjected to an online vote, which comprised 30% of the scores.
