On October 8, more than 180 external guests attended to discover the brand-new 7,700m² space dedicated to video game creation.
Starting at 5 PM, small group tours were organized to explore the studio's new installations. The program included:
- A tour of the Playtest room, which can accommodate up to 16 people simultaneously at the studio,
- A glimpse of the concept arts displayed on the ground floor of the building, remnants of the "*L'Art d'Assassin's Creed Mirage" *exhibition unveiled in Bordeaux at the game's release, along with a __projection __of 9th-century Baghdad sets in the cinema room,
- A reenactment of a motion capture scene with the Animation team,
- An introduction to virtual reality with Notre Dame de Paris, inside a cabin inspired by oyster huts from the Arcachon Bay,
- A meeting with the artists of the Character team of Assasssin's Creed Mirage,
- An overview of the research work from the Forge France team,
- And, last but not least, a visit to the __rooftop __with its stunning view of the neighborhood!
At 6 PM, guests gathered in the cafeteria for the unveiling of our new studio presentation video, followed by official speeches and the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event featured Ubisoft Bordeaux MD Julien Mayeux, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot, Mayor of Bordeaux Pierre Hurmic, Vice President of Bordeaux Métropole Stéphane Delpeyrat-Vincent and President of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region Alain Rousset.

An Eastern-flavored cocktail, in homage to the world of Assassin's Creed Mirage, concluded the visit. Thank you all for joining us for this unforgettable event for Ubisoft Bordeaux!
