JOB DESCRIPTION
Gen AI Programmer:
We are looking for a passionate and talented Gen AI Programmer to join our team and contribute to our machine learning and generative AI projects.
We want to apply use of Gen AI and Machine learning into various areas of game development like Art, animation, sound, narrative etc. to cut down the iteration time and improve efficiency of the various teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development in the fields of machine learning and generative AI.
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms.
- Evaluate and identify the most suitable open-source model for a given use case.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and sanitize data, perform training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Maintain documentation of research finding and share it on appropriate platforms and conferences.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Keep your manager and stakeholders updated all the time.
Competencies and Skills
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Solution-driven mindset, capable of handling technical roadblocks and performance optimization.
- Quick learner, self-motivated and open-minded personality who keeps on looking for opportunities to create an impact.
Preferred Competencies
- Understanding of game development process.
