JOB DESCRIPTION

Online Services mission is to serve games by building & managing online solutions that connect them with a massive & qualified audience, across all platforms, and power memorable live experiences that cement the long-term engagement of players & communities with UBISOFT brands.

You will report to the Change & Communications Manager within Team Ops, a transverse team that contributes to the success of the Online Services organization by streamlining operations, cross-functional projects and processes, and promoting effective communication.

 

As Graphic Designer Assistant, your role will be to support all Online Services teams in the production of the communication assets (visualization, layout, videos) with a primary focus on Online Services global communications. More specifically, this involves:

  • Support communications activities within Online Services (events, websites, video interviews, product presentations, templates…)
  • Maintain, document and, when needed, revisit Online Services’ visual identity and templates. This may include the creation of comprehensive guidelines to ensure consistent usage across all employee communications and materials
  • Create and maintain visual assets (e.g. maps, banners, digital flyers, videos, motion design…) for our various communication channels
  • Create and/or improve the design of presentations and strategic communications.
  • Create and maintain content for internal sites (portfolio showcase and intranet), by creating assets, leverage features and building experience per persona.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have

  • You are currently enrolled in a digital marketing, design or communications course and already have a first experience in a professional environment.
  • Full proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), Miro and Figma.
  • Full proficiency on Microsoft Office tools (especially SharePoint, advanced PowerPoint skills with a focus on Master Slides design and customization). 
  • English speaker – full proficiency
  • Curious, open-minded and reliable.
  • You’re willing to learn & provide concrete support to the teams.
  • You’re rigorous and organized to manage different projects within the given deadlines.

 

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of UX methodologies and skills to enhance the employee experience, focusing on clear, user-centered communication strategies
  • Full proficiency with After Effects, Adobe Premiere & Media Encoder to create & update videos and manage audio (music & voice-overs, including AI-generated).

Recruitment process

A portfolio of your achievements is required with your application for this internship.

If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to scheduled a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.

If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.

Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.
