It’s been a while since our last issue of Competitive Spirit, but the competitive scene has erupted with tournaments left right and centre! Across platforms and continents, champions have been crowned in heart racing clashes. Luckily, we’re here to keep you informed and show you how you can get involved too!
North:Defended
New York’s highly anticipated fighting game tournament Defend the North occurred a couple of weeks ago, and this time, a For Honor title was up for grabs! 31 entrants stepped into the arena, and among the familiar faces in attendance, the final game between Clutchmeister and Freaks_nd_G33kS proved to be a dominant display, with a last minute change to Highlander closing out the final round for Clutch 3-0!

A King is Crowned
Initio Gaming are back in the world of For Honor, and what a way to kick start their return! The King of the Land 1v1 Tournament brought the thunder last weekend, with a bunch of top class 1v1 players battling to take the crown. There can only be one however, as S0lips managed to take out the Warden of DTR.Ghostover in a very close final game with his Gladiator plays.
