how predictions work

Predictions span across each tournament stage.

Group Stage: Predict which teams will finish in 1st, 2nd and last place in each group. Score points for each team you correctly predict in their final position. Every accurate prediction brings you closer to the next reward tier.

Playoffs: Track each playday's matches and predict the winners before the games begin. Predictions open after the previous day's matches conclude, giving you time to analyze and make your calls for the upcoming bouts. As the tournament reaches its climax, predict the outcomes of each match in the final stretch.

Here's how to participate and make your mark:

Group Stage Predictions

• Get on the predictions page and predict the teams that will finish in 1st, 2nd and last place in each group

• You will win one point per right team guessed

• Predictions for play-ins begin on January 22 at 10AM ET/4PM CET/12AM JST (January 23) and end on February 3 at the start of the first match of the group stage

Playoff Predictions:

• During the Playoffs phase, you can predict the winner of each match for the upcoming playday

• Predictions open at the end of the last match of the current playday and close at the start of the first match of the next playday

• Each playday predictions will close just before its first match

• Make sure to vote for both lower bracket semi-final and final at the same time. Predictions for the Playoffs will open at the end of the matches on February 10th
