The North America Tier 2 ELEMENT Tournament Series returns with ELEMENT 4! This season, we aim to return to our roots by empowering the flourishing T2 scene and offering all emerging teams an opportunity to showcase their skills before a global audience. We're excited to present another ELEMENT tournament and hope it will continue to promote player development and deliver more exciting Rainbow 6 action this winter!

Dates

Phase 1 - Open Qualifiers

• Open Qualifier #1: November 22 - November 24
• Open Qualifier #2: November 29 - December 01

Phase 2 - Swiss Elimination: December 3 - 6 & 11 - 13

Phase 3 - Playoffs Main Event: January 7 - 10 & 16 - 19

Tournament Format

Eligibility - All players must reside in North America, be 18+ years of age, have a clean player record with no outstanding bans and follow the Code of Conduct to participate. Participants cannot be currently signed to a T1 NAL roster as an active player.

Phase 1: Open Qualifiers

• Format - Double Elimination Bracket
• Game Format - Half System
• Quantity - 2 Qualifiers
• Playdays - 3 Calendar days each
• Dates - November 22 - 24 and November 29 - December 1

• Limit - 128 Teams max in each Qualifier

• Advancement - 4 Teams from each Qualifier - 8 Teams qualify total

Open Qualifiers will consist of two 128 team brackets. All Upper Bracket games are BO1 until Upper Bracket Quarterfinal which becomes BO3 through Upper Finals. All Lower Bracket games are BO1 until the Lower Bracket Semifinals which will be BO3.

Phase 2: Swiss Elimination

• Format - Swiss
• Game Format - Half System
• Playdays - 7 Calendar days
• Dates - December 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13
• Limit - 16 Teams
• Advancement - 8 Teams advance to Phase 3 (Main Event)

Phase 2 aims to bring together the best T2 & T3 teams from both North America & LATAM regions. Qualification into Phase 2 is as follows:

• 8 teams will qualify from Phase 1
• 8 teams will be invited from NAL T2 ecosystem & LATAM North circuits based on their results in their season.

Phase 3:  Playoffs Main Event

• Format - Double Elimination Bracket
• Game Format - Half System
• Playdays - 8 Calendar days
• Dates - January: 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19
• Start Time - 5PM ET
• Limit - 8 Teams

Where to Watch

Streams will consist of community casted and official Rainbow 6 channels.

Phase 1 - Community casted and streamed. Streams to be announced at a later date. All Qualifiers can be streamed publicly by players from their own POV.

• Stream delay recommended for player POV streams to avoid stream sniping scenarios
• No one is allowed in the spectator slot

Phase 2 - Community casted and streamed.

• Co-Streaming - Watch Parties & Co-streams are allowed with administrator permission

Phase 3 - All official coverage will be done on Rainbow6 channel.

Prize Pool

For ELEMENT 4 we are returning to a singular prize pool system and have increased the Main Prize Pool amount to $30,000. Prizing amount for placements has been adjusted accordingly.

• 1st - $13,000
• 2nd - $6,500 
• 3rd - $4,000
• 4th -$2,500
• 5th - 6th - $1,500 each
• 7th - 8th - $500 each
