International Women’s Day at Ubi Annecy !

To highlight the importance of this International Women's Day, our studio has revealed the creation of a new Employee Resource Group: WOMEN @ Ubi Annecy

For your reference, ERGs are at the heart of the global Ubisoft D&I strategy as they have the power to foster a sense of belonging by offering spaces for employees with a shared identity or life experience to connect, discuss, and cultivate new skills. At Ubisoft Annecy, a small group of women team members started to gather around the idea of creating an ERG for Ubisoft Annecy. After having discussed what the group would help with, the teams are very happy to be able to share its existence  !

Women @ Ubi Annecy wants to create a safe space where its members can share their experience, resources and tools, and support each other to have a positive impact and grow together.

In the long run, everyone is welcome at Ubisoft to join an ERG either as someone who identifies as a member of the community or as an ally. As the group is just starting, it is now only open to women only but will rapidly open to its allies, as they are key to helping reach gender equality and contribute to make our studio a safe space.
