Hello Agent,

We are delighted to announce that the Regional Beta for The Division Resurgence starts on June 13th at 12PM (midday) CEST / 3AM PDT.

We will be inviting a lot of you to test the latest version of the game both on Android and iOS.

Roadmap

This Regional Beta will be our longest yet and will last throughout summer to give you all the time you need to test everything The Division Resurgence has to offer... Twice!

Indeed, the Beta will play out in two phases, with player accounts and progression being reset at the end of each phase:

• Phase 1 from June 13th to July 25th
• Phase 2 from August 8th to September 19th

After those dates, servers will be closed one final time, allowing us to set the stage for a worldwide release of the game later this year.

Who will be eligible to play?

If you are pre-registered to play the game and are in one of the following countries, you may be able to test the game in this Regional Beta:

• Australia
• Chile
• Denmark
• Finland
• Netherland
• Norway
• Spain
• Sweden

Moreover, if you have taken part in previous tests, expect to be invited to this test as we count on our most experienced agents to come and try out all the cool new elements we have implemented over the past few months!

Notifications will start being sent out from June 12th onwards to allow for a preload time before the Regional Beta starts on June 13th. Make sure to plan at least 8GB of free memory on your device.

Available on iOS

For the first time iOS users will be able to test The Division Resurgence alongside Android users! Sharing servers and fighting side by side throughout the Regional Beta is just the start of this story.

Please note however that monetization is not activated for iOS devices.

Pre-reg Rewards to unlock

We have big plans for the game, and that means giving out big rewards also!

With ambitious milestones in mind, we want to give you all a chance to work towards unlocking an exclusive cosmetic outfit and gold weapon skin, thanking you for pre-registering and showing your interest and enthusiasm for The Division Resurgence.

If you have pre-registered for the game, logging in at launch later this year will grant you all the rewards that were collectively unlocked. These will be available directly on the Ubisoft Connect account linked to the email used for pre-registration. Make sure to spread the word to help us unlock more rewards!

Seasonal Battlepass

To keep the game interesting for the more involved players, Resurgence will feature a seasonal content rollout with new activities, missions, weapons, skins and more being regularly added to the game. This can be enjoyed by all either as for free or as a premium player.

Throughout the season, Agents can obtain Battlepass experience by participating in missions and activities, progressively unlocking the different rewards associated to each new Battlepass level. These rewards include a plethora of items, weapons, materials, skins and will even enable you to claim some highly sought-after exotic weapons!

Regional Beta - 2 separate tests

This Regional Beta is our most ambitious test yet!

With many new missions and activities to enjoy, character evolution and customization paths, weapons and abilities, as well as the addition of monetization, there will be a ton of things for you to test... and for us to improve. While we have worked tirelessly to bring you the smoothest gaming experience possible, this Regional Beta remains a test of the game and as such you may encounter minor bugs and glitches. If that is the case or if you simply want to share your feedback about the game with us, make sure to use the ingame Customer Support buttons to reach out to us.

This is why we will be clearing all player accounts at the end of each phase of the test, enabling us to adjust, recalibrate or fix before the next step of our story together starts.

You can enjoy this Regional Beta in English, French, German and Spanish, with many more languages planned for the launch of the game.

Compensation at launch

With monetization being active in the Regional Beta, we want players to feel comfortable that they can safely purchase content ingame. That is why, while any purchase will be cleared at the end of each phase of the Regional Beta, all your purchases will be compensated in the form of ingame premium currency at the launch of the game with a capped bonus of 50% extra currency.
