Bring your collection from The Crew 2 to The Crew Motorfest! 

Hello everyone! Have you been worried about what will happen to all your amazing vehicles and vanities in The Crew 2if you continue your adventure in The Crew Motorfest? Well fear no longer! We’ve got you covered with the collection import feature!

In this article, we’re going to cover what will happen to your The Crew 2 vehicle & vanity collection if you move to The Crew Motorfest as well as answering some frequently asked questions.

Q: How do I import my collection?

When launching The Crew Motorfest for the first time, you will be faced with 2 choices: either, to start everything from scratch, or to import your the Crew 2 collection over to The Crew Motorfest.

If you choose to import your collection, that action is non-reversible. However, if you choose not to import it right away at the start, it can still be done at a later date when you prefer.

Q: Which vehicles and vanities are included in the collection import?

To be eligible for the collection import, a vehicle or vanity needs to be available in both The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest. To find out which ones are eligible, you can refer to the highlighted vehicles & vanities in your garage in The Crew 2.

Some vehicles, brands and vehicle categories will not be available in The Crew Motorfest at launch. These include the helicopter, jet sprints and hovercrafts, and a few car manufacturers. Finally, Air Race and Aerobatics categories have been regrouped under Planes.

Q: Why are some vehicles & vanities not available for collection import?

It might be that the vehicle is not yet in The Crew Motorfest; or that it will be added at a later date, for which we will communicate separately for each addition as they come.

For example, your vehicle from Season 9 of The Crew 2 acquired in July, will only became available in The Crew Motorfest in December.

Q: Can I transfer my performance parts with my vehicles?
No, performance parts will not be part of the transfer.

Q: Which updates of TC2 are included to the Collection Import?
The Collection Import covers vehicles of The Crew 2.

Q: What if I acquire a vehicle or vanity in The Crew 2 after having done the import?
If it is eligible for collection import, it will be added to your The Crew Motorfest collection upon your next connection.

Q: Can I transfer my collection from The Crew Motorfest to The Crew 2?
No, the collection import only works one way, from The Crew 2 to The Crew Motorfest. Unlocking a vehicle in The Crew Motorfest doesn't transfer it to The Crew 2.

Q: Who will be eligible to the collection import feature?
Any player with a The Crew 2 save will have the opportunity to choose to import their eligible vehicles and vanities in The Crew Motorfest.

Q: Is it only available for players who have already owned/played The Crew 2 before?
No, as soon as a player creates a save in The Crew 2, the collection import feature becomes available. That means if you decide to play The Crew 2 after the having played The Crew Motorfest, you are still eligible for the collection import.

Q: On which platforms will the collection import be available?
The collection import will be available on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. 

Q: What if I have different The Crew 2 saves on different platforms?

The collection import is linked to a player's Ubisoft Connect account. If you have the same Ubisoft Connect account on different platforms (excluding Stadia), your collections will all be combined and imported to your new platform.

For example, if you had played The Crew 2 on Xbox One and PC, and now you're switching to PlayStation®5, your collections from Xbox One and PC will be combined and imported to you're the Crew Motorfest game on PlayStation®5.

Q: What will happen to my collection purchased on Stadia?
As all the Stadia services have been shut down January 19, 2023, your collection won't be eligible for the collection import on this platform.

Q: Does it mean that I must connect to Ubisoft Connect to play The Crew Motorfest?
Yes! A Ubisoft Connect account is needed to access the game, whatever the platform.

Q: What is the cost of the collection import?
The collection import is available for free to everyone.

Q: What happens if I change my mind?
You can opt in at any time. However, if you have already imported your collection, you cannot change it back.
