New to the US Nationals? No worries, this guide’s got you covered on all things R6USN.
Who’s Competing?
One hundred rosters battled it out, but only eight teams made their way to Las Vegas to fight for the title of Team USA. The finalists are:
Western Conference
Eastern Conference
Orgless
Elephant Gang
What’s the schedule?
*All times in local time (PST)
The event will span over two days, December 15th and 16th. The first day will consist of the opening ceremony, with the US National Anthem sung by a special guest artist. After that, we’ll have both the Eastern and Western Conference playoffs to determine who will be moving on to the conference finals. Day two is a little more packed, with the “Battle of the Branches” Army vs. Air Force showmatch taking place once the stream goes live. After that, we’ll move into the Eastern and Western Conference Finals. After the conference finals, we’ll be giving you an update on all things #R6USN in our US Nationals 2019 Preview. Finally, all of the action will have lead up to the US Nationals Championship to determine who will become Team USA.
Who’s Casting?
The US Nationals Finals casting lineup is filled with both new and old faces. We say hello again to talent we’ve seen at previous events, such as veteran caster Parker “Interrobang” Mackay, veteran analyst Alex “z1ronic” Dalgaard, Rob Flynn, and John “Blu” Mullen. In addition, we will see some new faces on camera, including Robert “RaMz” Rockhill, Samuel “Stoax” Stewart, our community analyst winner Loviel “Velly” Cardwell, and Bil “Jump” Carter, as our stage host.
What’s on the line?
The teams competing at this event are battling for their share of a $50,000 prize pool and the title of Team USA. Along with the title, the winning team will receive custom Team USA jerseys, customized with their name and team, and of course, the first-ever US Nationals trophy.
Where can I watch?
Can’t make it in person? You can catch the stream live on Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, and our official Stream TV broadcast. Channels below:
I’m attending in person, what should I know?
There will be a ton of activities for those attending in person! As previously announced, all attendees will be receiving a swag bag full of Rainbow Six swag, R6 credits, and more!
After the event, we are inviting everyone attending the finals on Sunday to join us for an open-to-all-attendees reception after the match. During the reception, fans will have the opportunity to meet their favorite players from all of the US National teams. There will be carnival food, a DJ, and various non-alcoholics drinks available throughout the reception, as well as a bar for those over the age of 21.
White Elephant Gift Exchange
The White Elephant Gift Exchange is a long-standing holiday tradition and we would like to invite you to join us in some festive fun! To participate in the exchange, bring a fun, impractical gift to the event on Sunday.
Important notes for the gift:
- The gift must be new and unwrapped
- The gift value should not exceed $15.00 USD
- The gift must be a safe, non-dangerous, non-threatening or potentially harmful item
When you enter the venue Sunday, we will collect and wrap your gift, then provide you a wristband and redemption ticket. Sunday night at the reception party, participants can start exchanging gifts for redemption tickets. Participants can then steal gifts from each other by swapping them with their unused redemption ticket or previously redeemed gift until the end of the reception.
Security & Cosplay
There will be security on-site at the entrance to the hotel, as well as the entrance into the theatre. Cosplayers and attendees alike will be subject to a search by security. Cosplayers attending the event with weapons will have them tagged after review.
Secretlab Chairs Giveaway
For our local fans, we’ll be giving away all ten of the exclusive US Nationals branded Secretlab chairs that the players will be using on stage during the event. For a chance to bring home a chair, fans will line up during the reception for the opportunity to draw one of ten winning tokens from our holiday bag. We will be announcing the time for the drawing during the reception.
Goody Bag
Every attendee who has purchased a ticket to the event will receive a goody bag filled with custom US Nationals swag! Be sure to arrive on Saturday when the doors open to receive your goody bag. Goody bags must be claimed in person and will not be mailed to you. You will exchange your ticket for a wristband at the box office as well as receive a voucher for the goody bag. After this, you will go through security. On the other side of security is the theatre foyer -- here is where you receive your goody bag!
Merchandise
Also in the foyer will be an exclusive US Nationals merchandise booth, where fans can purchase official Rainbow Six: Siege US Nationals merchandise, including custom USN hoodies, tee shirts, jerseys, hats, and more! In addition to the official Ubisoft booth, some of the organizations attending the event will be selling merchandise on-site as well.
