A Song for Gudmundr

Following the death of Gudmundr the Great, the Vikings gather for a grand funeral. As is tradition, they attempt to break the fallen Warlord’s sword and shield. But to the surprise of all, the weapons prove indestructible. Inspired by this revelation, the Vikings share sagas of Gudmundr -- of impossible feats, mythological enemies, and magical weapons.

Gudmundr the Great: Warlord Hero Skin

Long ago, the fortress of Svengard was protected by a warrior known to many as the Jarl of Wolves. In life, Gudmundr was already legendary -- a Warlord who led his people to many victories and could call wolves to his aid in battle. But his saga persists even in death. After his heroic sacrifice, the Vikings held a great funeral in honor of the fallen Warlord. When his weapons proved to be indestructible, the people came to realize there was much more to the legend of Gudmundr. He was an inspiration to all. A symbol of Viking glory.

New Seasonal Customization

In his hands, Gudmundr the Great carried the ideals of the Vikings: a sword for glory, a shield for protection. The Warlord was devoted to his people and he gave his life upholding these ideals. Such is not lost on the Vikings. Though he has fallen, Gudmundr has inspired resilience, fortitude, and strength. The Vikings have the means to thrive. And to win.

Testing Grounds

From September 19th to the 26th, a new Testing Grounds will be held! Throughout the years, we have been building feats that are more unique to the character, and add more to the moveset of their assigned characters. These feats help to add more to the character's personality and the fantasy of playing with the character. We wanted to revisit some of our older feats and give these feats a similar treatment. We start with our beloved Warden for these exciting changes.
