Ubisoft Philippines Year End Celebration

There’s nothing like the holiday season in the Philippines. Our studio capped a productive year with a celebration of the achievements, learnings, and the memories we made in 2024. Here are the highlights of the Year End festivities for Ubisoft Philippines.

The Guiding Stars

Every tree needs a star on top. We celebrated employees who went above and beyond with our annual recognition awards. We also acknowledged those celebrating their Ubiversaries, giving a special custom trophy to those who have reached 5 years or more with the company.

Creativity and Beyond

The Parol is a Filipino traditional lantern made during the holiday season. Embracing this vibrant tradition, we held a Lantern-making competition where each unique Parol was inspired by the diverse regions in the country. The Philippines has over 7,600 islands, boasting a rich cultural background. Our team members chose a region to represent and

crafted these colorful lanterns, showcasing their talent and creativity beyond the workplace.

Rocking out the Holidays

What’s the holiday season without a little music? The night came alive with the Battle of the Bands. Three bands played holiday classics and a song of their choice to bring on the festivities.

We also had a special performance from our Just Dance club. Their performance set the tone of the night and reminded everyone that we work hard, and party harder!
