We are strong believers in fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development to further drive success. Learning is a well-established part of the everyday work of our teams. Investing in our team members’ professional development starts with learning opportunities and ongoing skill growth, and we know that sometimes the best way to learn the ‘in and out’ of a new job is by experimenting it. With this in mind, we are now offering our team members a bespoke learning experience, through the EMEA CRC Academy, designed to help team members step into each other's shoes and learn how other teams operate. Our CRCers can choose from a suite of programme options depending on their interests, from Quality Assurance to Continuous Improvement. The Academy not only builds our internal talent, it also fosters collective creativity, knowledge sharing and expertise building across our teams. Similarly, for team members choosing to progress on a Community Management path, we work in partnership with local universities to run the Digital Community Manager Apprenticeship - the UK’s first-ever video games apprenticeship scheme, designed to upskill through a combination of work and study. We strive to support and enable our team members to continuously shape their learning journeys and to take full ownership of their career development.
