Praised by critics upon release in 2015, Grow Home is an adventure platform game acclaimed for its minimalist visuals and procedural animations. The game takes players to a strange yet captivating open-world where they embody B.U.D., a robot on a mission to find the Star Plant and save the home planet by climbing on and interacting with objects. Its successor, Grow Up, released in 2016, built upon similar gameplay mechanics, this time entrusting players with a mission to find all parts of B.U.D.’s ship, which have been scattered across the planet.
