Hello Agents,
Today is a big day for us with the launch of Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
At Massive Entertainment and in our partner studios, we are committed to providing you with the best gaming experience possible.
During both Private Beta and Open Beta, we have been humbled by the numerous suggestions, comments and reports you took the time to share with us. Your invaluable feedback enabled us to bring thousands of changes, fixes and improvements to the full game since the beta phases.
All of these modifications are included within two Title Updates (Title Update 1.0 and Title Update 1.5), both of which were released when the servers opened for early access on March 12th. We will be publishing the patch notes for these updates in the upcoming days for you to get a fuller view on what we have been working on.
In the meantime, the entire team will keep working with dedication on everything reported to us. We have made our known issues list available on our forums, and intend to keep it updated as you continue to share your comments with us.
As we learned over years of live development with the first game, launch is only the beginning. We place the health of the game and the quality of your experience as the priority in everything we do. We are making a long-term commitment to keep refining the game based on our discussions with you throughout the entire lifespan of The Division 2. We have already started that process as we issued Title Update 1.6 yesterday, the patch notes of which can be found here.
We hope you and your squad will enjoy your journey into the world of The Division 2 and we're looking forward to hearing from you. As such, we invite you to join the conversation, by sharing your comments, feedback and questions using #AskTheDivision2.
Thank you,
Julian Gerighty, Creative Director, and Cristian Pana, Senior Producer, on behalf of The Division 2 development team.
