The Crew Motorfest Insider Program Update #1

Greetings, Festival-goers!

We know you're just as excited as us for the next installment in The Crew series, the Crew Motorfest. While we look forward to telling you much more about the festival and the picturesque island of O'ahu in the coming months, we wanted to share an update on the Insider Program currently happening behind the scenes.

To start, we are happy to say that the first phase of the Insider Program has been very positive! We have used this time to interact with our Insiders and gather useful feedback on the current state of the game. Many players have praised the setting and visuals, available content, handling, audio and more. We are humbled by your positive feedback and we are aiming to make it even better for release.

But this is not just a way to find out what's good; we also need to know what can be improved. Our Insiders have provided us with targeted feedback regarding bugs, optimization, and general ways to improve the player experience. We are working diligently to gather all this feedback and ensure that it makes it to the right teams.

We also know that one of the biggest topics within the community is handling. We're happy to say that overall, Insider feedback has been positive. However, there has been some discussion on ways to improve offroad handling in specific situations. We're happy to say that improvements are being investigated!

To say that our Insiders have been busy during the first phase is an understatement.  During the first phase our Insiders cumulatively drove for more than 10,000 hours, which is more than a whole year! We also received more than 30,000 messages on Discord and 400 feedback posts, giving us a strong start to fine-tuning your island experience. As more phases occur in the future, we will have more players with fresh eyes to provide us with even more feedback for us to work with. With 60,000 players registered, we will have lots to draw from.

With all this talk of phases and tests, you might find yourself asking: "How do I get in on this tropical driving goodness?" Well wonder no more! With Phase 1 ending, that means Phase 2 is speeding towards us. This phase will continue to be PC only for now to allow us to make updates to the test environment quickly. 5,000 players will be participating in this phase, and it will begin on March 8th!
