Latin American teams have proven their skill as Brazilian teams showed up in the Rainbow Six Finals despite the youth of their integration within the Pro League.
Proud of the talent of the teams all around the world, we decided to expand the Pro League to the Asia Pacific region. Being fully worldwide is our duty to crown not only the best team in Europe & Americas, but in the entire globe.
Inviting Envy & Mindfreak to the Six Invitational was the first step to welcome APAC as our 4th major region in the Pro League.
The APAC Pro League will be handled different than the other 3 regions. The APAC Pro League will be divided into 4 different sub-regions:
- Japan
- South Korea
- South East Asia
- Australia-New Zealand
Each sub-region will host their own tournaments running from September, 5 to to the 27. The best two teams of each sub-region will then meet in a physical event in Sydney, Australia, on October 21-22.
The two finalists of this event will be crowned APAC Champions and represent their region in the Pro League Finals in Brazil on November 18-19.
