Hey Dancers!
Just Dance 2023 Edition has launched, and we couldn't be more excited for you to play! We're sorry to see that not everything is grooving like it should, but please know that we're working on making sure your experience is in tip-top shape.
The following is a list of known bugs with Just Dance 2023 Edition:
Online Experience:
- Disconnection errors and issues can occur in Multiplayer functionality.
- Online selected avatar is not reflected in Offline mode.
- Different song gets launched instead of selected one after playing 3-4 maps from the Next Step screen in Online Multiplayer.
- Errors can occur after the game is left idling for more than 12 hours, in terms of Shop, Ubi Services, Online Connectivity.
- If the player navigates to the Ubisoft Connect app after going offline, the app will get stuck.
- Next Step screen: The Next Step screen, which appears after the score recap, only displays Just Dance 2023 songs and not Just Dance+ songs. (NX*, PS5, XSX)
- Danceflow: In Online Multiplayer, scoring feedback can be missing for some players: this can happen if a player is desynchronised (at a different part of the song to another player) but the delay will be caught up at the end of the map. (NX, PS5, XSX)
- JD+: The message "Oops, your Just Dance+ pass has expired" may be displayed though the pack Is active In the game. (XSX)
- Search: Nintendo Switch does not support first-party keyboards for Korean & Traditional Chinese Languages. (NX)
- The REMOVE FRIEND option is not working when the user removes a friend from the In-Game friend list when the friend has been added from the CONSOLE friends list. (XSX)
Mobile App:
- Player's connection to the mobile app is lost when the game is left idling for more than one hour.
- Privacy Policy, Help and About Us sections missing from the Android app.
Stability and Performance:
- The game crashes when left idling on various screens and activities.
- Random crashes can occur while performing random activities.
- Navigation lag and bugs can be seen throughout the game.
- Songs and Playlist covers may be missing.
