Hey Dancers!
Welcome to a new year of Just Dance!
When busting some shapes, you may encounter some issues in-game. These issues are known to the team and regrettably couldn’t be fixed before release.
This list is by no means an exhaustive one, and if you encounter any bugs that aren’t on here, please report them via our Player Support Forums so we can investigate them further!
Known Issues:

I can see more avatars in the rewards screen than what I have available on my profile tab.
Platforms: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Switch
It can be noticed that the reward screen shows a total of 144 avatars, but the profile tab only has 140. -
The avatars from Booombayah Alt Map rewards are the same as the Gift Machine.
Platforms: All -
Some Normal and Gold avatars have the same unlock condition as their Extreme version.
Platforms: All
The unlock conditions for the Extreme version doesn’t mention that you must complete the song in extreme.- Songs affected – Black Mamba, Jopping, Boombayah.

Some achievements are not tracked accordingly after meeting the requirements.
Platforms: Xbox Series X
Players may find that after performing the requirements for specifics achievements, their progress isn’t counted toward the completion.- Achievements affected: “Out of This World”, “Dance Master”, “Dance Legend”, and “Surprise me”

My game crashed while I was playing my Playlist.
Platforms: PlayStation 4
Players may find when attempting to play a large playlist that they may run into a crash. -
My game crashed while I was saving an Autodance.
Platforms: PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
Players may encounter a crash when saving an Autodance when they’ve already saved the maximum amount of Autodances. -
I get both the main and alternative versions of maps in my search results.
Platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and Stadia
This can lead to confusion between the version of the map that is being played. -
My game crashes to the Xbox dashboard when I am navigating the menu.
Platforms: Xbox One
There are some rare occurrences when navigating the menus in-game that the game may crash to the Xbox Dashboard. -
The counter on the Related Song Screen doesn’t deactivate when playing on Kinect.
Platforms: Xbox One
In certain conditions on Kinect, the counter will not deactivate when you’re on the Related Songs Screen. -
I am missing Pictograms for some moves in Black Mamba.
Platforms: PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Switch
Players may notice that during Black Mamba their coach will perform moves but no pictograms are present. -
My game is stuck in the Dancer Card creation screen.
Platforms: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X
Players may get caught in the process of naming their Dancer Card, with the following error message: “Put down your controller and use your Smartphone”
