Celebrating 40 Years: Latest Highlights from our Celebrations

It's been a few months since our 40^th birthday celebrations started. So, what have we been up to?

Party!

It started with a party at our studios. We got together to celebrate this milestone with cake, macarons, and gaming stations with Reflections games, old and new. We also heard about the celebration plans for the next few months, as well as seeing the 40^th anniversary trailer for the very first time.

As part of this celebration, all of our team members were given a limited-edition sweatshirt to mark the occasion.

Let's Play

We also launched our latest video series, Let's Play. In the first episode, we were joined by Martin Oliver and Paul Dykes, who tackled Driv3r, sharing their experiences working on the game, the challenges they faced, and the evolution of the Driver franchise. Watch the video here.

In the second episode, Jack Couvela and Andy Buck revisited the uniquely quirky world of Grow Home. A passion project for them, created by a super small team here at Ubisoft Reflections. Watch the video here.

The third episode, Ian and Dami played The Division, and explored the plot's origin, revealed hidden details you might've missed, and discussed how environment art can impact player experiences. Watch the video here.

Mural Artwork

A mural was also installed in our studio. The timeline highlights all the games Reflections has worked on, along with the different studio locations, and game console release dates, from 1984 to 2024.

We ran a competition in our studio and asked our team to create posters to represent the last 4 decades of creativity and innovation at Reflections.
