Public Test 3: TRIBUTE - Starts on September 21st for PC players
For Honor launches its third Public Test where players will once again get to try new features before they are implemented into the game. The test will run from September 21st to September 25th, and all For Honor PC players are invited to participate. Public Test 3: Tribute focuses on For Honor’s newest game mode “Tribute” coming to the game very soon.
“Tribute” is a brand new 4v4 objective-based game mode where players battle to bring offerings to each of their team’s shrines. Players will have to do whatever it takes to reach each shrine in one piece with an offering in hand and team communication is essential to do so. If a player can successfully claim an offering, a blessing specific to the shrine in which it was placed is bestowed on the whole team. Once a team has successfully secured all three offerings, a countdown will begin and the team will have to prevent their offerings from being stolen to win the game. Like all Public Tests, this is indeed a testing phase for the game’s incoming game mode. Any progress and rewards earned during the Public Test will not be saved once the test period is over on September 25th. It is also likely that players encounter some bugs and glitches as they play given that the game mode has yet to be finalized. The main purpose of the Public Test is to get feedback from you and make adjustments based on your feedback to ensure the best “Tribute” experience for its official release. So please, if you have any feedback feel free to share it with us on For Honor dedicated forums on Reddit.
The For Honor Dev team thanks you for your active role in helping grow and improve the game during this Public Test. Stay tuned as we will keep you updated on the game mode’s official release very soon.
