Hello Warriors!
This has been yet another eventful week in the life of For Honor and its community. This past weekend we completed our first ever post-launch Public Test, to which thousands of PC players came to try out our upcoming Ranked Duel Tournament system. Huge thanks to everybody who participated, ranked up, and gave us great feedback which the team is already using to improve the feature. See the Warrior’s Den video below for an in depth discussion on that feedback.
Our next Public Test is coming soon, and is planned to test the Ranked Duel Tournament feature further, with changes implemented from this week’s feedback. Also, this same Public Test is scheduled to be your first look at the suite of fight system changes our team has been working on to address the overly defensive nature of the gameplay, i.e. the “turtle” meta.
FOR HONOR HERO SERIES
We are partnering with ESL to bring you For Honor’s first ever official competitive tournament, called For Honor Hero Series. Beginning on July 8th, and continuing through July, players from all platforms in Europe and North America will be able to join in a 1v1 Duel tournament, with the top players being flown out to Burbank, California to participate in the livestreamed finals.
We are also running a Shoutcaster Competition alongside this, to select two stellar casters from the For Honor community to join us for the event in Burbank and cast the finals!

NEW MYTHIC OUTFITS
This week, For Honor adds new Mythic Outfits for every character, purchasable for 15,000 Steel each.

V1.09 PATCH
