RAINBOW SIX: SIEGE HEADS TO DREAMHACK WINTER

The Rainbow Six team is excited to kick off the final Minor event of the year: DreamHack Winter in Jönköping, Sweden! From November 30th-December 2nd, teams from across the globe can compete for a total prize pool of $50,000 and the chance to qualify for a spot at the Six Invitational 2019.

The format will stay the same, with 12 teams from Pro League and Challenger League being seeded directly into the main tournament, while amateur teams can fight their way through the BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) tournament, open to all attendees of the event in traditional DreamHack spirit!

In addition to the usual DreamHack prizes, the champions of DreamHack Winter will secure a guaranteed spot at the Six Invitational 2019, the most prestigious competitive Rainbow Six: Siege event of the year, joining the Season 8 finalists, DreamHack Montreal Champions Cloud9, and Six Major Paris champions G2!

Six Invitational 2019 – Team roster requirements
The team that wins the spot for the Six Invitation is required to have three out of five players from the original roster which secured the spot at DreamHack Winter when attending the Six Invitational. The team will be replaced if more than two members of the lineup are changed before the Six Invitational.

Pro League Players already qualified for the Paris Major
Teams with players that are part of rosters that have already qualified for the Paris Major will not be eligible to qualify through Dreamhack Winter. Meaning, teams with mixed players where some are already qualified for the Six Invitational cannot win the spot.
