Inaugurated in 2017 by a few Ubisoft veterans, the Ubisoft Bordeaux studio boasts more than 400 talents of 20 different nationalities. Today, the teams are working on Ubisoft's biggest AAA games: on the Assassin's Creed brand, with the October 2023 launch of Assassin's Creed Mirage, initiated and driven by its creative and production teams, as well as co-dev on Beyond Good & Evil 2. In addition to these teams, the studio has developed a Tech branch, which works on Ubisoft's online services as well as on the Anvil game engine. The studio has also created an R&D center, La Forge, which brings together Ubisoft's engineers and researchers to work together on prototypes that will be used in game production, particularly around AI issues. In 2024, the studio unveiled the development of a PC free-to-play game: BattleCore Arena. In May 2024, Ubisoft Bordeaux inaugurated its new studio in the Bastide-Niel eco-neighborhood, aiming to develop the best gaming experiences and technologies for Ubisoft.

Because we welcome people from over 20 different countries, we try our best to ease their life in France by offering them French classes. An international club has also been created to promote the integration of expatriate employees within the studio.
BREAKFAST AND FRUITS
Twice a month, breakfast made of local products are served in our cafeterias to start the day the right way. Some seasonal fruits are also at disposal for our collaborators.
TRANSPORT
The studio reimburses 50% of our employees' transport tickets or offers them a mileage allowance if they come to work by bicycle. Bicycle repair workshops are organized every month at the studio to encourage soft mobility.
TICKETS RESTAURANTS
Our employees benefit from 18 monthly meal vouchers of 9€, reimbursed at 50% by Ubisoft.
FLEX TIME AND FLEX OFFICE
To allow everyone to manage their schedule as they wish, the studio offers its employees to work from home or in the studio and to adjust their working hours as they see fit.
CO-PARENTING LEAVE
BBecoming a parent is an important event for everyone. That's why we offer our teams 7 weeks of co-parenting leave, so they can enjoy the arrival of their child.
